Meditation process

You are all set now. Close your eyes just watch your breath. Watch how it flows in with a sound and flows out with a sound. Don’t try to control your breath consciously, let it flow naturally. Imagine every time you breathe in, the prana or the life force flows in throughout your body energizing your body, mind and soul. Every time you breathe out, imagine all the negativeness is completely wiped away from your body mind and soul. Don’t think of anything else at this point. for 2 to 5 mins continue this. Now your mind will be focused on your breath.

Chant any one of these powerful mantras or choose the one you prefer, so that you can feel the vibrations in your body.

Continue as long as you feel comfortable.

Do not overload. At start 5 to 10 minutes is well enough. Gradually increase the time as long as feel comfortable.

At the beginning, don’t worry if your mind wanders or you lose concentration. Practice makes perfection. Don’t let go, continue your meditation, almost within three to four sessions you will definitely see some improvement.

After the meditation, rub your two hands and give warmth to your face. This will help you return to your other activities. Do this meditation twice a day. Preferably, at the start and at the end of the day recharge your spirit through meditation. This is also helpful to alleviate your worries and get you ready for more challenges of life.

Choose the correct type of meditation which suits you

No one is alike in this world both physically or mentally. So everyone has their own likes and dislikes. We have provided here the basic knowledge of meditation. We think it is time for you to choose a correct type of meditation which suits you. 

Always remember that reading books or articles on how to meditae is not an alternate for an expert meditation guru or an instructor, who can guide and watch you grow with meditation personally. So our advice for you is to always seek an expert meditation teacher.
